Rankin was the director for this emotional Unicef video. Rankin is a top photographer and director, who’s base in the UK. The premise of the video is to highlight the struggle of war, poverty, and disaster, focusing on children. Mark Summers Casting was tasked with finding children to be the faces and voices of this emotional campaign. During the casting stage Mark and his team needed to find a mixture of boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 16 years old. The casting wanted to represent all children and welcomed children with disabilities and children from many different nations.
This video is to encourage people to see past labels and see refugee children as just that, children.

The song in the video was Four Walls by Bastille.
